All apartments have identical kitchen, bathroom, porch, built-in closet and master bedroom. The second bedroom, if applicable, is adjacent to the master bedroom and opens to the porch.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is spacious. The second bedroom is smaller and can be used as a cozy living room with an entrance to the porch. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The master bedroom also provides cooling from a ceiling fan.
Kitchen
The kitchen and the porch are separated by a large glass sliding door. When opened the porch and kitchen make a nice living room. The kitchen also provides access to the master bedroom, bathroom and built-in closet.
Dimensions
The living area of the one bedroom apartment totals 28 m2. The second bedroom increases this number to 36 m2. The floor plans are shown at the right side, however minor deviations may occur.
