The apartments are mainly meant for medium term rental. To allow all tenants a pleasant stay some rules are applied.
Lease
In general the apartments are hired out for 6 months or more. In special cases and only when available shorter terms are possible. Please contact us if you are interested in short term rental.
After mutual agreement a lease is to be signed.
Rules
The ambience at De Zijsprong is pleasant; there is a friendly intercourse. To preserve the good manners some rules are applicable. Click here to read them. To whom it concerns: pets are not allowed.
