The tenants receive an invoice on a monthly basis. Beside the rent, it also specifies an advance for electricity and water.
Rent
For a one bedroom apartment the rent amounts Nafl 950,- per month. For a two bedroom apartment this is Nafl 1150,- each month. These prices do include gas. The price for the studio's is Nafl 900,- inclusive water, electricity and gas (if normal use).
Electricity and water
For each apartment expenditure of electricity and water is measured. The associated costs are based on the commercial rates of AquaElectra. The monthly invoice settles these costs and the paid advance. A new advance is calculated when the expenditure is higher or lower than expected.
